This in-person class is designed to focus on POs, MCDV, and to dig deeper into frequently asked questions. This class will be held in Western Washington at the Tukwila Police Department and is expected to last from six to eight hours. 

Topics may include:

• Asking the Legal Analysis Team (LAT) questions
• Comparables
• Restoration of Firearm Rights (ROR)
• Entering into the NICS Indices
• Frequent questions for (g)(8) and (g)(9)
• The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) as it relates to (g)(9) and the NICS Indices
• CPL Revocation
• Using the RCW Archives online
• LEEP demonstration
• New laws (dependent upon legislation outcomes)
